Refund Policy

All purchases made through Trek GVL, including but not limited to Social Pass purchases, Premium Membership purchases, and any other paid access products or membership-related fees, are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Trek GVL does not provide refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, account credits, or charge reversals except where required by applicable law.

Trek GVL operates on a limited-capacity, advance-planning model. Each paid purchase reserves access within the Trek GVL ecosystem and supports ongoing business operations, including but not limited to event planning, scheduling, hosting, partner coordination, administrative costs, and member infrastructure. As a result, no refund will be issued once a purchase has been completed.

This Refund Policy applies in all circumstances, including without limitation:

  • change of mind

  • inability or failure to attend events

  • schedule conflicts

  • relocation

  • lack of use

  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference

  • changes in personal circumstances

  • changes in health, fitness, or availability

  • work, family, or travel conflicts

  • weather-related changes to events

  • event modifications, rescheduling, rerouting, postponements, or cancellations

 

Purchase of a Social Pass, Premium Membership, or any other Trek GVL offering does not guarantee access to every event, activity, outing, or benefit. Certain experiences may be subject to separate fees, limited capacity, eligibility requirements, deadlines, third-party restrictions, safety requirements, or additional participation conditions. Such limitations do not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or cancellation.

Trek GVL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, reschedule, reroute, postpone, or cancel any event, offering, or experience for reasons including, without limitation, weather, safety concerns, operational needs, venue issues, staffing constraints, partner availability, low attendance, or circumstances beyond Trek GVL’s reasonable control. Any such change shall not create any obligation on the part of Trek GVL to issue a refund, partial refund, credit, or other compensation.

By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.
